How Not to Run a Hotel

Have you heard the one about the white hotel owner who told his Hispanic employees to change their Spanish-sounding names in order to improve his business's bottom line? Oh, yes he did.

For some reason, we can't help thinking back to that famous scene from Roots. You know the one we're talking about? Okay, it's not near that level of inhumanity. But could you imagine your boss informing you that your name needs to be adjusted?
