Right, that's what I've said all along--it's the independent gas station owners who will be hurt by a boycott and they have nothing to do with the oil spill. Can we live with that if we're responsible for putting these people on the unemployment line?
I've always tried to buy from BP or another gas source. It does not make sense to buy from a sation that gets their fuel from a nation that wants to do us harm. So they had a accident. Would any of the other companies do any better?
Forget the boycott. Acompny that goes bankrurpt can not be held responsible. Is this what we want?
I think there must be another approach that can be far more effective such as writing to your congressman to put pressure on BP to clan up the mess.
